Linda Panofsky, Pharm.D., CHC, BCSCP

Dr. Linda Panofsky, Pharm.D., BCSCP, is a graduate of University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Pharmacy. She has been in pharmacy for more than two decades, with over 20 years of pharmacy management and operations experience, including executive level as CEO, COO, and Vice President for multi-site and multi-state organizations. She has over 15 years of healthcare compliance and accreditation regulatory expertise including in 503b outsourcing facilities and sterile compounding.  Dr. Panofsky is certified in Healthcare Compliance, Joint Commission Accreditation, Project Management, Medication Therapy Management, Sterile Compounding, and Immunizations.  She has designed, licensed, and opened more than 20 compounding pharmacies across several states.  A former Board of Pharmacy inspector, her regulatory and operational knowledge expands across many facets of pharmacy practice and across multiple healthcare disciplines such as: hospital and integrated healthcare systems, community chain and independent pharmacy, long term care, infusion services, managed care, and nuclear pharmacy. She is the founder, president, and principal compliance consultant of Blue Ink Consulting, LLC. a pharmacy and healthcare compliance consulting firm based out of the San Francisco Bay Area. 

Why “Blue Ink”?

 

Before digital files, e-signatures, and cloud portals, there was blue ink.

 

For decades, regulatory agencies required documents to be signed in blue ink so an original could be easily distinguished from a photocopy. Blue ink signified that a document was authentic, intentional, and complete—the version that carried weight and accountability.

 

Blue Ink Consulting takes its name from that standard.

 

Compliance work demands clarity, accuracy, and judgment. Regulators expect documentation that is defensible, complete, and thoughtfully prepared—not recycled templates or rushed conclusions.
